"Technician Renier Perez was very professional and knew what he was doing. AC unit was fixed in a timely manner and the airplane sounds are all gone."

"This is the best air guys in phx. Marc Escobedo rocks!!!!"

"Showed up on time, fast diagnosis and repair. Also was knowledgeable about other AC options and very friendly!"

"Great service, quick and gave me many options!"

"From the return phone call by Olivia. The schedule call from Alicia to the phone call from Micheal to let me know James was on his way! Then the time ,care and explanation reviewed by James with my son . Part ordered And Micheal immediately called back and said they would be here tomorrow to put part in ! Definitely live up to their mission statement! I really appreciate all of your support and work! You are making a great difference!! My son just retired 21 years AF , so I appreciate the veteran owned business! Thank guys !"

"First time using same day air. Had to get a second quote after first one seemed a bit overpriced. This company is super honest thorough and knowledgeable. I own rentals and they saved me money. They’re veteran owned and would definitely use them again."

"Jeremy H was great thank you"

"I had two technicians visit my home. Isaac A. performed a evaluation with great detail, patience, and helpful information, guiding me on the next steps. Zachary H came to install the HVAC; he was quick, informative, and respectful. The dispatch team also impressed me with their professionalism and attentiveness, even when a small issue arose. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and professionalism."

"FINALLY an AC company that knows what they’re doing!!! I had TWO Other companies before them that misdiagnosed and did shoddy attempts at a “repair.” Finally, Ian arrived, accurately diagnosed the problem and set me on the right path. The very next day, the install team arrived with my brand new AC unit — Weeks sooner than I expected given the agonizing delays I had been experiencing with other companies. Installers Robert and Reiner labored in grueling heat on my roof, yet still were upbeat and personable each time they came into my home. I thoroughly recommend Same-day air repair. Never thought I would need to work with three different companies, but the comparison demonstrates that they are far superior and their know stuff!!"

"Isaac A has honestly been the BEST A/C professional we’ve had at our house! For almost two years, we’ve had multiple technicians and companies come out trying to figure out the problems with our system, and no one was ever able to properly identify or resolve them. He was incredibly knowledgeable, competent, professional, and thorough. He took the time to actually understand what was happening, explain everything clearly. Thank you, Isaac, for the excellent work and outstanding service. You’ve definitely earned loyal customers with us!"

"Geeat job, highly recommended"

"Servio came out today and did an amazing job. Discovered the reason for the water leak went and got parts. Got us up and running today. Checked everything out three times making sure the unit was working as it should. I can’t say enough about Servio and the service we got from same-day air repair."

"James was a great tech, fixed the problem quick and was friendly."

"Same day air repair came to my residence, and Brandon Bates did an outstanding job. I would recommend this company to anyone!!"

"Isaac was a great technician, dug into the issues, followed up and resolved not 1 but 2 faults with my system. He talked me through it, explained everything and worked well with the warranty company. Only issue was avalibility of staff and parts, it took 3 days to get onsite and the due to labor day it took another 3 days to get the right parts."

"Luis did a fantastic job. Worked hard until the job was done."

"I had an excellent experience with my HVAC installation thanks to Jeremy H. and Zachary H. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The system is running smoothly, and their attention to detail really shows. I truly appreciate their hard work and great customer service."

"Hayden R was amazing. Friendly, nice and knew what he was doing!!!! He did a great job and because of him I would use this company again!!!!"

"Same Day Air Repair responded to my need for service in a timely manner. A representative of the company continued to keep me advised of every step in the process of restoring my air conditioning. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The technician arrived as scheduled. He was well-groomed, well- trained, efficient and made a well-informed assessment and presentation of the procedures needed to get my air conditioner up and running. As it was, a new unit was needed. The technician helped me purchase a new unit and arranged to have the new unit installed the next morning. He also helped me receive the insurance benefits available to me. If he didn’t have the answer to a question I asked, someone from his office was readily available to provide information. The price quoted for the new unit was competitive and included installation, Freon and a warranty."

"I appreciate the efficient work of the tech Edwin. He worked hard to get the system up and working. I would recommend Same Day Air Repair. They were dependable and they advertise and reliable."

"Hayden was awesome! Super friendly and thorough. Great experience!"

"Great experience with Same Day Air Repair. They were in consistent communication on timing of repair and did come out the same day. The technicians, Ian and Kevin, were super communicative and helpful. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly."

"Ian, Cameron and Julian were the techs who came to our rescue. It was 109 and our a/c went out. Ian came out and evaluated what was going on. Out unit was 29 years old. We could repair it or put in a new system. It was time. So Cameron and Julian were the techs that installed the new system. All went above and beyond. The service was great. Their communication with us at all times was so helpful. They were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to work with any of them again."

"Robert and Adam did an excellent job getting our new ac unit up and running."

"The technician went above and beyond the service at no charge."

"Great work by Hayden R. and Angel R. on a full system replacement. It was quick, reasonable, and professionally done."

"Technician was very knowledgeable and very respectful. He did excellent job"

"Edwin Vargas did an amazing job with the HVAC work he did for a family friend. He was extremely respectful, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and treating people right. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work. Not only is he a great worker, but he’s also a genuinely good person!"

"Before speaking with two other companies, I called Same Day Air Repair. I wasn’t hopeful I’d get anyone out right away let along someone offering us same day service. Yes, I know it says same day but really? Mike, the technician, came out and immediately started his evaluation. He was very thorough and told us the same thing the previous technician told us. The difference was customer service. Unlike the other tech, he did not try to sell us a new air conditioner (the one we have is five years old) he simply told us what it would cost to repair it. We needed a very expensive part and a bit of wiring done. Unlike the previous agent, he contacted the manufacturer and saved us the cost of the part! The installer, Hayden, after acquiring the part, came the next day, installed the part and was a perfect gentleman. I gave both Mike and Hayden huge pieces of pineapple cheesecake (they were both quite a bit smaller than my husband and me so no harm done) and a senior citizen of 78, thanked them for not trying to sell her a $15,000 air conditioner. That was over two weeks ago and we’ve been cool ever since. Thank you, Same Day Air Repair! Kathleen and Michael"

"My technicians Ian and Kevin were great! Super quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Very grateful with how easy it was to work with this team."

"Steve from SDAR was extremely kind, professional, and thorough. He took the time to investigate the root cause of the issue, answer our questions, and provide various options (along with their pros and cons). I plan on calling him for any future needs. I can’t recommend him enough. Luis and Jonathan from SDAR installed our new A/C unit shortly after. They were incredibly courteous and professional as well. They even took an additional trip to Home Depot to gather supplies in order to accommodate our new set up. I plan to pass their names on to my family and friends. Awesome work!"

"SDAR was great they worked 2 projects simultaneously for us at 2 separate locations... Crystall was outstanding I'm coordinating both these projects and kept is well informed throughout. The techs were knowledgeable and transparent in their recommendations to achieve our final goals... GREAT JOB SDAR!!"

"Hayden & Abner were great!! Thank you 😃"

"This team is incredible. Communicate well, clean, kind, efficient. Backed by a fantastic owner who stands by the work his company does."

"Mike did a wonderful job! He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision on repairing vs replacing. He made it make sense and I really appreciate that. Thanks Mike!"

"Mike is the best! Explained everything clearly with pictures, and answered all of my questions."

"Steve was great. Went over everything that was going on and gave me options and recommendations without being pushy at all. Appreciate his thoroughness"

"We have had this company out several times through our home warranty for air handler and AC issues. The old system was 22 years old and over several years they patched and repaired multiple issues despite knowing the unit was on borrowed time. They’ve always been quick, thorough and professional. Angel and Luis installed a brand new system yesterday and those poor guys had to work in a boiling, cramped and awkward attic all day getting it installed. They did a great job! And the last repair we had done James was also great! I’m sorry but I can’t remember the guys before that but they were also awesome. Appreciate all their help keeping my old AC going through these hot summer and now the wonderful brand new system!"

"Super pleased with our new HVAC system to our home. Luis, Abner, and Angel were in and out and so professional! Literal life savers. They replaced our old system of 23 years so it was quite the task. Super grateful !!"

"Outstanding service! The technicians, Cameron and Abner, were incredible— on time, gave progress updates throughout the install of our new HVAC system, and explained how to use everything. An overall great experience using Same Day Air Repair."

"Isaac was excellent! As soon as he showed up he got right to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Excellent job and even went above and beyond and changed out an air filter for me in a 18 ft ceiling. Would definitely have him do any AC work I will need in the future."

"Jeremy, Zachary, and Alex. We’re very professional in their work with the install and the cleanup afterwards. Alex took the time to explain to us exactly what was going on and what repairs were needed what it came down to was the replacement of the heater and air-conditioning system in my house and they had no problems with the install."

"Adam and Angel got us all up and running, for a full install"

"Keith was respectful and friendly putting me at ease immediatelly. After testing and examining the unit he explained everything well. A plus is that this company sends a text with the serviceman's picture so you know who to expect. Being a señor citizen I especially appreciated that aid to my security."

"Our tech was Kevin. This individual was awesome. He has great experience in his profession. This company is great company to work with."

"Kevin did a great job of diagnosing the issue we expressed with our central air system and we are very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Thanks"

"We opened a claim with our home warranty provider for an a/c unit that was blowing hot air. They set us up with Same Day Air Repair, who sent out Jacob to remediate the issue. Jacob was fantastic. On time, and professional in both appearance and demeanor. He set straight to work, efficiently diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed the problem and as a courtesy also washed our condenser coils and provided tips on how to avoid the issue we experienced going forward. He also answered all my typical homeowner questions while he was doing his job - which I'm sure can be annoying LOL - but he did so with grace and a smile. Jacob is an asset to this company."

"Hayden and Jon were amazing. Professional and very hard working."

"Jeremy H and Zachary H were extremely helpful! They installed my unit so quickly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I will be sure to refer all my friends to this company especially this duo they are such a great team! Thank you for coming out and helping us. I wish I could recommend a bonus or give more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great job guys!"

"Marc came by and was honest about how another AC companies yearly checkup recommended unnecessary work and he was very informative and thorough during his inspection. I appreciated his honesty and I would definitely use this company again."

"Excellent technician and answered all my questions and showed me what I was asking questions about..Kevin is a wonderful tech and Same Day Air Repair is very lucky he works for them."

"Our air conditioning was dying and our home warranty scheduled us with this company. Isaac showed up yesterday on time, got right to work, told us our options. He was so personable and knowledgeable we immediately felt at ease with him. Isaac is a gem and his customer service is seriously amazing! This company is very lucky to have him representing them. We bought a new system and he had us scheduled for install today! Installation crew was great. And I am happy to say I am now freezing in my house. Lol Thank you Isaac and crew!"

"Isaac Avila did an absolutely outstanding job for me on my air conditioning. His communication was impeccable. I knew before he came what he was doing during, and his recommendations were spot on. He's a real asset to the organization. They're blessed to have him, and I would highly recommend anybody who's looking through these reviews. Please ask for Isaac. He will take great care of you."

"Technician found the problem replaced the capacitor and tested for other issues and found a bad motor drawing to much current and replaced the motor my A/C feels 4-5 degrees cooler in the house. Thank you Steve for your expertise!!"

"It was great to work with Marc. He arrived on time, communicated effectively before, during, and after the appointment. Walked us through all the findings during his inspection in detail and explained to us next steps and options. Although he wasnt part of the install team that replaced / installed two units, he was in touch over text during the install day and post install day. All around very professional and great customer service. Thank you Marc."

"Angel and Luis did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC. We appreciate the clean up and timeliness of the install considering it’s a very labor intensive process."

"I had a great experience with Same Day Air Repair! They had a technician at my house within just a couple of hours. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts, and returned the same day to complete the repair. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Thanks to Alex, my AC is working again, and I’ll be sleeping in a cool house tonight! He was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy, and I truly appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. "Courteous and informative"

"Mike really cared about what he was doing went the extre mile got my air working great really nolgable explained everything"

"Awesome! They both did a great job and we’re here all day!!!"

"We have used Same Day Air before and they have become our vendor of choice. Our most recent service was our spring AC check up. Keith arrived when he was expected, was courteous and professional and did a thorough job making sure everything was in good working order. No repair needed this time, and we have peace of mind that our unit is ready for the summer. We used to use another company and they told us about "needed" repairs every single time! We've had things that needed fixing in the past, but Same Day Air only tells us we need a repair if we actually do. Same Day Air has earned our trust, and our continued business."

"Hayden R & Jeremy H - fast, efficient, punctual and professional on top of those extremely nice. It is Honestly nice finding a company that doesn’t break your bank, talks you through the process and answers any questions you may have before, during and after. Communication with companies is key and they have it. Hayden & Jeremy y'all need a raise and thank you!!"

"This company is a cut above! This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with them. First was an AC replacement- truly done “same day” & Today with Frank S we had our 6 month maintenance. As someone who leads & trains customer service, each time we’ve worked with someone from this company I think “that is GREAT service!” Frank was thorough, respectful, & knowledgeable. I’ve worked with many AC companies from a business perspective & Same Day really outshines them all with the way they conduct business with integrity."

"I can't thank Abner M. and Luis R. enough for their excellent service. Our AC went out over the weekend, and they came to the rescue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how they were fixing it. They worked efficiently and got our AC installed fast. Clean up after was also appreciated. Top-tier service!"

"The gentlemen were very nice and fast at getting the job done. I am very happy with the service that was done"

"After my unit called it quits, these guys were stellar! Used them through my home warranty but couldn't be happier. From James coming to diagnose and talk options, to Jeremy & Anthony installing my new unit the next day - great communication and workmanship!"

"American Home Shield Warranty contractor. They have been out a couple of times to nurse my aged re-conditioned AC/heat unit. This time the compressor went out and AHS would cover it, but I would have to pay for the "old" refrigerant, nearly $2,000.00. AND, AHS would have to use a rebuilt compressor so it would match the condenser. AARRGHH! Although AHS covers such things UP TO $5,000.00, a NEW unit prices out above that. Figuring that I would have to pay for the "old" refrigerant at some point again until the supply runs out, I decided to go in debt for a totally new Goodman unit for just under $11,000.00. Steve, one of the current employees, has held our hands through the trauma of boiling to death in Phoenix!! He also gave me good advice. AHS may have covered some of the cost, I do not know for sure. YES, I could have gone to Costco or another source where the units are about $3500 before installation. Installed, the condo is cleaner, cooler and quieter with no more worries! The team that made the install, Cory and one other guy, sweate it out in 110 degrees on the roof and did a super job!! Thank You, Same Day Air!!"

"Shout out to Treyquan with Same Day Air Repair! Trey came out to check on our A/C unit, diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, and had the issue resolved within 90 minutes. He made his sales pitch as most of these companies require their employees to do, but he respected my decision to repair instead of replace my unit. It is obvious that Trey knows what he's doing. The best part is this was a service request through my home warranty company, which generally has a reputation for not dispatching the best companies to repair your service requests. Not in this case! I look forward to using Same Day Air Repair for any service issues and hopefully we get the same great tech, Trey!"

"Its 100 degrees all week no A/C yesterday was brutal... then Alex came today...Alex always does a great job identifies the problem and gets it fixed....Thank god I have A/C today...Me and my Dogs thank you very much...."

"Everything about this company was excellent. Mike, was the tech that diagnosed the issue. He was very good at explaining what my options were. LaShondra in C.S. was very caring and helpful. Hayden, who did the install of the compressor was outstanding! I was covered under A.H.S. which was horrible to work with."

"Tony W and Adam F were amazing! They did a great job repairing our system."

"From the moment they started on a Saturday to the time they finished on Monday, SDAR has 5 amazing people who work with them!! Steve our technician tried everything to fix our old air conditioning units, but they were beyond repair. He took his time explaining everything to me, my options and provide examples to ensure I understood everything. I was so bummed about having to buy a whole new set up, but he never made me feel pressured to proceed. Then the following Monday Abner, Cory, Riener and Angel worked their magic making sure to communicate every step of the process!! From their professionalism, to their work ethic, everything was top notch! I am definitely recommending SDAR to everyone!! Thank you for taking such a hard situation and making it better!"

"We used Same Day Air Repair as a reference from AHS. First, we had Ian come out. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us several options to ensure we understood what we could do. Then, Zachary and Jeremy came back three days later for a complete install. They were friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly, fast and hardworking. Really appreciated all three who worked to ensure we had working air in the dead of summer."

"Ian was efficient and very helpful! I had a scheduled appt for about 5 days out from calling and they ended up coming next day. Super helpful!"

"Cory and Angel R. we're in and out quickly, the unit started chilling right away."

"Kevin, my technician was awesome, reached out to me, let me know he was coming. Explained everything that he needed and was doing was great to talk to. Would definitely recommend."

"Very courteous and professional crew. They did a great job. 5 stars"

"This company's technicians deserved a 10 for their great customer service. Very highly recommended. They all showed great work habits toward us. Very knowledgeable. We will recommend them to families and friends. Shout out to James W., Hayden R., Xavier D., Marquel, and Yolanda. We appreciate all you have done for us elderly couple. Please keep up the good work. What a great company! Additional shout out to Zachary H., and Jeremy H. Came in yesterday due to new A/C acted bad Sunday, giving us warm air in place of cool. Hope all is fine now. Thank you guys for great customer service."

"👍👍👍👍👍👍👍efficient Fast and well done"

"My A/C went out and they came and put in a new one!! Woot woot!! Angel & Josue were kind and very knowledgeable about my new system. So much so, that they helped me put the app on my phone and hook it up to the new system in my home. Thank you, Angel & Josue!!"

"Micheal Sautter was very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and efficiently repaired my ac. I totally recommend the company and technician!!"."

"Great company to work with. Marc, Jeremy, and Brandon did an amazing job fixing our blower motor and cleaning out the ducts. Professional, respectful, and super thorough. Thanks guys!"

"Cory and Angel were prompt, professional and did a great job installing our new A/C unit. They were extremely respectful of our home too. At the end of their job (when I know they had to be exhausted as they worked 10 hrs straight), Cory took the time to explain the thermostat, check that rooms were cooling, etc. We appreciate their hard work. Ian also did a great job on the initial appointment and diagnosing the issue and explaining all our options. We appreciated his opinion and help making a decision during not so fun time (of A/C not working). Thanks much! -Kendra &Jason"

"For Cory, Angel, and Froylan..... Multiple techs from (Same Day Air Repair) were very polite, considerate, and professional. Froylan was the first tech that had come out to fix why it wasn't blowing cool air anymore. He even checked his boots so as to not track dirt in the house. Sadly, the compressor had seized. 21 year old A/C system, and it ran on R-22 (Freon). He said we could TRY to just replace the compressor on a system that old, but that it may just fail pretty quickly. We'd had compressor issues in the past with this unit anyway. Seemed like it was time to face the inevitable and get with the times. Replace with a new R-454B 2tn system. $11k total. The next day Cory and Angel had come out and were working hard for about 6 hours installing this. Again, very polite and professional. At one point they were gonna keep their water bottles outside, but we insisted they put them in the fridge. That's gotta be insanely tough working in the 89-90F degree heat working on this for hours, killing your arms and shoulders installing components up into the ceiling. The whole time they were great, courteous , professional, and polite. They explained that they're managed well and they get nice benefits for giving a pleasant experience and earning that nice review. These guys did really well across 3 different techs across 2 different days. Very satisfied and they were life savers getting a new system out to us THE NEXT DAY to save us from that Arizona heat."

"AG was fast and professional. Would definitely recommend. I will call again when I need help with my cooler."

"Marc was sent out for my emergency service call and couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. I had never used them before today, but I'd definitely recommend Same Day Air Repair to family, friends, and neighbors. If you need AC service, definitely consider giving them a try. (The dispatchers were very friendly, too!)"

"Two gentlemen came and fixed my air after 12 days with no air. Cory Dunn and Brandon Daca Freon is overpriced."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Same Day A/C Repair and especially with Jacob, the technician who came out to help us. From start to finish, Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options before any work was done. What impressed me most was his honesty and attention to detail. He diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and left everything clean and in great condition. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing great service instead of just rushing through the job. If you’re looking for a reliable A/C company that shows up, communicates well, and gets the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Same Day A/C Repair. Jacob is a true professional and an asset to the company. Thank you for the outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!"

"Kevin was our Tech for the day, he was great, informative and professional. Highly Recommended!"

"Cory was fantastic, quick and very informative!"

"Zach did a great job our system was diagnosed, part ordered same day, and repaired following morning. That is fast service and sleeping cool is amazing!"

"We had an A/C outage in our basement and called Same Day Air Repair. Cory was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job prioritizing our service and getting us taken care of quickly. He showed up on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to diagnose the issue properly, explained what was going on in plain terms, and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. What stood out most was that he treated our situation with urgency, which made a big difference since we were dealing with a full cooling outage. Everything was handled efficiently, and the system was back up and running without unnecessary delays. I’d definitely recommend Cory and Same Day Air Repair for anyone needing reliable and responsive HVAC service."

"Trequan was very thorough and informative. AHS sent the right person."

"Ian & Hayden (I think that was his name) were literally life savers!! They stayed true to their company name of “Same Day Air “and we had a brand new unit replaced the same day! We knew our unit was on the way out at 18 years old, but they still helped us navigate our options with repair versus replace and helped us make an informed decision without pressuring us one way or the other. They also helped us figure out finances in an easy way!! I’ve recommended them so many times to friend’s & family I figured it was time to write a review!! Also, I’ve worked with the big name Parker & son’s at work & have been so frustrated with their shady business practices so doing business with Same Day Air was refreshing to say the least!!!"

"Just want to say Thank you to LeShondra her team for making it happen. Angel was the Service Tech that was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Need Air? Same Day Air is the way to go. Nice work!"

"Mike was fantastic from start to finish. He was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout the entire visit. He communicated everything clearly, made sure I understood what was going on with my air conditioner, and took the time to educate me on what I needed to know without making me feel overwhelmed. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, and I could tell he genuinely cared about doing quality work. The difference was noticeable immediately ,the house was already getting cooler before he even left. I really appreciated his attitude, communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Mike and would use this company again!"

"I live in AZ and weather was predicted to be over 100 when my ac quit working. It was about almost 40 hrs old and Ian the co.rep inspected it ,gave me 3 good solutions and good prices working with my AHS insurance. First time my home insurance gave me a good recommend. They were here at 10 after my previous appt and started right in.they got all set up and we had to wait 1 day for manufacturer part. The workers McKinley and Abner were very professional and patient. I have a very noisy dog since I can't hear and poor guys had to endure the barking. They cleaned up beautifully and my neighbor and his grandsons had a great time watching them and the crane!! Ian called later to see how it was working and I am a very happy client!! So much better than other quotes and times. Same Day Air lived up to their name."

"We used the AHS warranty that assigned SAME DAY SERVICE to fix the A/C. We were called and texted by Same Day telling us our approximate time. We were sent pictures of the truck with the assigned service agents. Our 1st was Ian. He explained what was wrong and gave us 3 options with prices. After choosing a new A/C unit we were assigned a 2 man work crew McKinley and his helper Abner. They were on time, polite, clean, professional and explained what they were going to do. They were patient with us as we had a dog that had to be contained when they came in to install the new thermostat. The crane was also on time and the work went quickly. They had the area clean and a company pickup the old unit before they left. We were pleased with all the associates Ian, McKinley and Abner and would recommend & use this company again."

"Hayden R. took great care of us!"

"It was a great experience working with Angel M he was quick and got it done."

"Cory and Adam showed up on time and were very professional. Excellent service, would definitely recommend Thank you."

"Called Same Day Air Repair and reported AC was not cooling efficiently and setup an appointment two days later that fit my schedule. Service Tech Keith came out and tried a number of things to troubleshoot the issue. He determined the Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) in the attic was stuck open and frozen and needed to be replaced. Also, the Disconnect attached to the house near the compressor unit had fallen apart and also needed to be replaced. Part store had closed for the day but they got both parts first thing next morning. Service Tech Hayden came out in the morning and explained the repairs before doing the work. An hour later, AC was cooling again. Overall, a great experience with this company! Was also impressed with the clear communications and technology used by Same Day AIR Repair—including texts when they were on their way, real-time tracking of their repair trucks, and names and photos of the techs that were working my job. Would highly recommend anyone needing HVAC work."

"Wow, these guys are awesome! The SDAR techs were knowledgeable and courteous. Got introduced to SDAR via my home warranty. They assessed both of my AC units which were not functioning properly. This is after a different repair company came out and really did nothing but waste my time - We were able to switch to SDAR for both assessments and repair options. They were on time, able to quickly assess the corrective repair and able to accommodate quick appointments. Highly recommend SDAR for your repair needs and stay away from the other guys (Kappa Air) - they're a bunch of "hot air" :)"

"We had a tech come out about a month ago and basically tell us he didn't see anything wrong. "5 Stars goes to employee: FRED!!!!! The company overall: 3 Stars Initially was not happy w/ this company - they were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Our AC just completely shut off right when heat was at peak of 90degrees plus. Was VERY unhappy this company couldn’t service us for 3.5 weeks. Technician finally came out & replaced capacitor. Left thinking that was the fix but I had to call back that evening bc no cool air was coming out of AC vents. The AC unit WAS finally coming on, but that’s it… Trying to get someone to do something through the company direct was pointless, so I had to contact my warranty company. Needless to say. We were frustrated. Luckily didn’t have to wait too long & we’re blessed w/ technician - Fred. He was soo polite, VERY thorough, walked me through everything & explained things @ MY level (lay person). He caught things that should’ve been checked before. And he didn’t leave until checking ALL things even though he fixed the “no cool air coming out.” FRED definitely deserves to be recognized (a bonus/raise!? ;)) Because of him, I would use this company again. Thanks Fred! We are FINALLY enjoying our AC :)"

"This company went above and beyond to fix our air conditioner today in 107 degree weather. Our home warranty company dropped the ball and left us without ac for a whole week with an nonspeaking autistic child who needs a a feeding tube because he can’t drink water, and did nothing to help us. They ordered a compressor for us, and it didn’t arrive for a week and they ordered another one without telling us what happened or offering to look around for the part. They said there were none in Arizona. They lied, home warranty didn’t care about us. Same Day Air Repair rearranged their schedule and sent someone out last minute at 5pm on a Friday to help us before 4th of July weekend! The technician came the next morning WITH A COMPRESSOR and fixed our ac in less than a couple hours! I am crying in joy and I will be forever grateful. We will be buying new ac units from SDAR when we have the money!! THANK YOU!!"

Jon M. Did a great job at seeing problem first hand and finding the issues which was not a air fan motor at all. Thanks again 😊"

"Rob was great and we are very happy with our service!"

"My warranty company referred me to Same Day Air Repair. They were amazing for various reasons: 1) the guy answering the phone (Steven?) is very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to him as he was very approachable, 2) the guy who came for the first time, Jo M was amazing. Where nobody cares to wear masks anymore, he came to my door with a good social distance. He asked if I prefer him to wear masks. In this heat, he did not show any discomfort and continued to respect my wish to keep masks on. He replaced some part before deciding to change the fan motor. He ensured me to put a note that someone needs to come back as priority to replace the motor if the issue persists after replacing it. When the fan wasn’t working again, they came right back! Now our unit is working! I have dealt with other companies before. I have to say I had the best experience with them. I felt respected and I found that they care. Highly recommended."

"Austin was very professional & helpful."

"Good experience with Brandon W was excellent. Before and after pictures with good explanation. Great end result. Highly recommend."

"On time and fixed the problem. Very nice repair guys"

"Ian Robison came today and checked out our units. He has great communication skills, he had a wonderful attitude , he was very knowledgeable and he actually listened to my request and then checked things out properly and his customer service was top notch as well. He was on time and he called and let me know when he was on the way. I was even able to track him while he was on his way , I love that feature. Thank you Ian!!"

"Jay saved the day! When he showed up, we talked for a few minutes & I asked when the rest of his crew would arrive. He smiled and said he was the crew. I couldn't imagine one person doing a complete replacement of the air conditioner on my roof. Sure enough, the only other person during the work was the smiley crane operator. Jay did everything. Removed old unit, installed new unit, replaced thermostat, explained what "split" is, and was great to talk with the whole afternoon. I probably slowed him a bit with all my questions, but he answered everything. Once the install was complete, he was back on the roof cleaning. I asked when the unit would start, but he said it was already running. This is amazingly quiet! And my yard & house are amazingly clean - not a scrap of trash left behind. I'm not easily impressed and I don't generally provide ratings, but Jay earned all 5 stars. If there was a 5+ option, he would get it. I feel lucky to have had my home warranty company assign my initial service call to Same Day Air Repair. And even luckier to have Jay do the installation of the new air conditioner. Great service!"

"I reached out to my warranty company and they got me on the scheduled with this company because my ac quit working. Brandon came out the next morning and had my ac fixed in an hour. He was very informative on what had happened. If you have any ac needs I highly recommend giving this guys a call. Brandon was very professional thank you again 👍"

I appreciate it and will use them again"

"Fred from Same Day Air was Great. He allowed me to explain the issue and told me how he was going to troubleshoot and check the system. Then he was able to fix the system the same day and advise me on what steps he took for the repair. I would recommend and I would use it then again."

"I am not one to leave reviews, however, the level of Service we received from Rob of "Same Day Air Repair" was exceptional. "We have been relying on Same Day Air Repair for about a year and they have been amazing for our personal home and the properties we manage. Drew and Bill are excellent as well as the rest of the crew. They are responsive, knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and courteous. Bill just resolved an issue with the brand new system we had installed before we met Same Day Air and the result is amazing. He found ductwork spaghetti and re-worked the system to function properly. Small price to pay to have our new system actually work! Thank you Same Day Air team for all you do for us and our owners. We appreciate you and look forward to a long-term relationship."

"My AC unit installers (and ductwork cleaners), McKinley and Anthony, did a great job, answered all my questions, and left the job site neat and clean. I was particularly impressed with how they and the Smiley crane operator, Dave, maneuvered and removed my old unit, and hoisted and positioned the new unit through a confined, tight space between some very tall trees onto the steeply sloped roof of my two-story home. Skilled workmen indeed!"

"This was a great experience. They were very communicative along the process. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly,"

"Same Day Air, LLC is AHmazing! I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit. The fan motor needed replacing. My unit is older, so finding replacement parts can be challenging. Same Day Air, LLC went above and beyond to ensure the repair was completed correctly and promptly. My technician, Ronald, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took extra care to ensure the unit was working to full capacity before leaving my home. The administrative staff in the office was fabulous. They, too, were highly professional and provided superb customer service by proactively following up with me throughout the entire repair process. "From the first phone call to the last of the repair, Same Day Air was amazing. The last technician that came out to do a compressor exchange called me to let me know it was diagnosed incorrectly. He said it was a blockage and the Schrader valve core was bad that’s why it wasn’t cooling as it had leaked out the Freon in the system from the bad Schrader valve, core, He made the fixes, filled up the Freon in the system and its been working properly since. They could have changed out the compressor and made the higher dollar amount, instead, they did the proper repair. Tells a lot about Same Day Air of their honesty and integrity as a company. Highly recommend this company!"

Right off the bat they were great, very communicative. We we’re given a window for appointment and they called the day of as well as 30min prior to arrival. The Tech (Drew) was honest, informative and professional. I would have no problem using this company again as well as recommending to friends and family."

"Jon is very professional and explained everything in detail. Very nice"

"Rob was great he answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me recommendations and was very polite and clean."

"Highly recommend Same Day Air!!! If possible I'd give them a 10 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‼️ 1) Brianna in the office is nothing other than extremely helpful & very patient -great response time on phone calls too! 2) James (who came to provide a 2nd opinion) & to re-diagnose why the heat was not working was thorough, very polite & educated us on all options for repair or upgrade. James also set the record straight after another company (Crispy Air) lied during a first inspection & reported a "hole in the line & 9lbs. light on refrigerant" but refused to show photos of the "hole" - ultimately, James got the heater working within 5 minutes of entering our home. He also re-checked the work of (Crispy Air) & took photos (which he showed us -willingly). Although there was no hole & was not light on refrigerant so we could have kept the unit as is - the HVAC is 30 yrs old & James recommended to upgrade the unit. We found him to be very trustworthy so ultimately even though we had a working unit we opted to upgrade with Same Day Air 3) Bill & Mike showed up today (04/08/24) to install the new HVAC unit. They were on time & speedy with the installation but also VERY thorough and cleaned up all components. Before leaving our home, Bill showed us how to operate the new electronic thermostat & showed us all the photos of the newly installed unit AND the old unit too. Bill also made an adjustment to how the unit was positioned on the roof so the HVAC rested on a full frame elevated off the roof tiles vs. partially resting directly against the roof as it was originally positioned by the builder. Overall, if you need to upgrade an HVAC system or need a repair to your current unit call ☎️Same Day Air - You will not be disappointed ‼️"

"The techs were very efficient, Knowledgeable, and thorough. They both did a great job! Thank you!"

"Rob and Brandon were very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Excellent service."

"Bill, Jeremy, Robert and Brandon were amazing and got everything done quickly."

"SDAR has been a blessing to work with. My tech, Ian, was very knowledgeable, thorough, explained my options to me, and I never felt any pressure. At the same time, while I have limited knowledge in the field, he explained things to me so in my case, it only made sense to buy a new unit, versus using my warranty to wait multiple weeks and piece together an older unit, among other reasons. The decision was mine to make but it was clearly the right one. I am so glad I went with Same Day Air Repair & Ian- I did call him directly a few times throughout the install process with my questions and he was nothing but on top of getting back to me in this busy hot season, even after hours in his own time, and was always very polite. I’ve already recommended SDAR and specifically Ian to a family member in need (they were very thankful when he went out to meet them and had the same experience), so I urge anyone reading to reach out to this company and ask for Ian! I personally struggle with finding techs in various fields around my home (pool, yard, HVAC like I found here), as you never know who you’re going to get and take a gamble. I’m posting this as I wish I had a post like this with a go-to, guaranteed guy and company I didn’t have to worry about or take any bets on with my money and home. If you call this company and ask for Ian, all of your worry will be eliminated and you can focus on the true problem- getting your HVAC needs fixed ASAP and correctly. Thanks again SDAR! You have some new life long customers here."

"Brandon came out for my service call and he helped to ease a lot of concerns I had with the company and getting my unit looked at again. He was knowledgeable and helpful, caring & understanding. My unit has been having issues for months and paying for a new unit is never easy, Brandon helped to make it manageable. He is the best service member I have had out from this company to look over my unit and keep it honest with me. Today Jay and Eddie came to do my install of my new AC unit. They were very helpful, explained everything so I could understand all that they were doing. And handled my home with care and professionalism. Both did such a great job and quality work. Crystal in their office was a major help and the person who saved my business as I was initially getting frustrated with my AC unit and the continued issues. She was able to listen and explain things so that I could make an informed decision. After the install she has continued to be so helpful with explaining my plans and helping with my warranty. She is the best office admin person I have worked with there. Thank you Crystal!"

"AHS assigned me to this company after my a/c broke down. The technician came out to assess the issue and then showed me a picture of the problem and explained what I was looking at. "When it comes to HVAC/Furnace installation, Jay and Christian of Same Day Air Repair are the best!"

"Robert and Montrell were excellent and very professional. It was a pleasure having them do our service. I recommend same day air for your ac service."

"Absolutely GREAT experience with Same Day Air Repair and their service technician, Ian Robison. I would definitely recommend utilizing Same Day Air for any A/C or Heating repairs. I know I will personally be using this company for any and all of my future HVAC needs. What makes this company so great? To start, let’s say their Communication about the appointment and dispatch of the technician was prompt and accurate. I received emails with appointment confirmation as well as text messages. I was then texted the day of service one customer visit prior to mine to alert me of being next in line for my technician. A small but important detail to me. Then, I was sent a text once my technician was enroute to my home and a call from the technician with his ETA. A quality level of communication rarely experienced these days. Next, the technician that arrived, Ian Robinson, was immediately friendly and demonstrated true empathy for my kids and I, considering our AC was not working. As my technician diagnosed the issues with my system, he took the time to explain the components and what and why he was testing and what he expected to see if the unit was functioning properly. This level of professionalism settled my nerves and reassured me that the issues uncovered were accurate and honest. I was informed of my units issues and the options for repair or replace and walked thru the benefits or concerns of each option. This, again, assured me that Ian and Same Day Air Repair were here to help my kids and I, and not here to suggest the highest cost option only. The technician, Ian, made me feel comfortable with the repair option I decided, and at no point attempted to upsell or recommended added options. The repairs were completed swiftly and had my AC unit running better than it had since I bought the home over 8 years ago. The last part was the extra time Ian spent educating me about what to expect from my system and how to plan for the future with an aging system. Ian then walked me thru steps on how to help extend the life of my HVAC system. Ian finished up by doing one final walk thru confirming the repairs had resolved my AC issues and then he thanked me for allowing him to help my family. I struggle to express with how pleased I am with the level of support I received from Same Day Air. All I can say is I would highly recommend their services for any and all of your HVAC needs. You can believe their services and technicians are people that you can trust. Thank you Same Day Air, and your technician, Ian Robinson, for fixing my AC and treating me and my family so well."

"They’re great. I was really nervous with the review prior to me but I told myself trust the process, I work in the customer service industry people like to complain to complain. I went through my AHS home warranty. I put it in Sunday night they saw me the next day, originally they said Tuesday, which I understood. It’s a busy season for these people! But the ladies I talked to on the phone this morning were great and compassionate. I believe her name was Felicia, she told me she’ll get me in if there was a cancellation, and she did. The tech that visited my house, Trey, was great. Answered all my dumb blonde questions. Walked me through every scenario. I recommend these people. Kind, considerate and did an excellent job."

"Andrew was great! Explored all options and provided estimates from his office promptly. Thorough and efficient. Appreciated the communication - I knew what was happening and how it was going to be fixed. Thanks!"

"Fred came out to assist us tonight- kind, professional and friendly! Knowledgeable and fixed our issue - will continue to use this company!"
