“Our heater went quit one morning, up here you need your heater to work always, called AHS they got me an appointment for service by Same Day Air for the next day. They were kind of booked, but they were able to get a technician out next morning, Craig. He got here at 7am and found the problem, in the 30s it's no joke, part had to be ordered. When they got the part Craig came out and got everything taken care of right away. Great service. Would recommend them anyday.”

The technicians that came also took their time in explaining what they found and reasons for the next course of action. I also want to be transparent in that I initially had some hiccups with communication from them, but they were very apologetic and did everything in their power to make it right. “5 Stars goes to employee: FRED!!!!! The company overall: 3 Stars Initially was not happy w/ this company - they were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Our AC just completely shut off right when heat was at peak of 90degrees plus. Was VERY unhappy this company couldn’t service us for 3.5 weeks. Technician finally came out & replaced capacitor. Left thinking that was the fix but I had to call back that evening bc no cool air was coming out of AC vents. The AC unit WAS finally coming on, but that’s it… Trying to get someone to do something through the company direct was pointless, so I had to contact my warranty company. Needless to say. We were frustrated. Luckily didn’t have to wait too long & we’re blessed w/ technician - Fred. He was soo polite, VERY thorough, walked me through everything & explained things @ MY level (lay person). He caught things that should’ve been checked before. And he didn’t leave until checking ALL things even though he fixed the “no cool air coming out.” FRED definitely deserves to be recognized (a bonus/raise!? ;)) Because of him, I would use this company again. Thanks Fred! We are FINALLY enjoying our AC :)”

“This company went above and beyond to fix our air conditioner today in 107 degree weather. Our home warranty company dropped the ball and left us without ac for a whole week with an nonspeaking autistic child who needs a a feeding tube because he can’t drink water, and did nothing to help us. They ordered a compressor for us, and it didn’t arrive for a week and they ordered another one without telling us what happened or offering to look around for the part. They said there were none in Arizona.They lied, home warranty didn’t care about us. Same Day Air Repair rearranged their schedule and sent someone out last minute at 5pm on a Friday to help us before 4th of July weekend! The technician came the next morning WITH A COMPRESSOR and fixed our ac in less than a couple hours! I am crying in joy and I will be forever grateful. We will be buying new ac units from SDAR when we have the money!! THANK YOU!!”

“My warranty company referred me to Same Day Air Repair. They were amazing for various reasons: 1) the guy answering the phone (Steven?) is very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to him as he was very approachable, 2) the guy who came for the first time, Jo M was amazing. Where nobody cares to wear masks anymore, he came to my door with a good social distance. He asked if I prefer him to wear masks. In this heat, he did not show any discomfort and continued to respect my wish to keep masks on. He replaced some part before deciding to change the fan motor. He ensured me to put a note that someone needs to come back as priority to replace the motor if the issue persists after replacing it. When the fan wasn’t working again, they came right back! Now our unit is working! I have dealt with other companies before. I have to say I had the best experience with them. I felt respected and I found that they care. Highly recommended.”

He has great communication skills, he had a wonderful attitude , he was very knowledgeable and he actually listened to my request and then checked things out properly and his customer service was top notch as well. He was on time and he called and let me know when he was on the way. I was even able to track him while he was on his way , I love that feature. Thank you Ian!!”

“Jay saved the day! When he showed up, we talked for a few minutes & I asked when the rest of his crew would arrive. He smiled and said he was the crew. I couldn't imagine one person doing a complete replacement of the air conditioner on my roof. Sure enough, the only other person during the work was the smiley crane operator. Jay did everything. Removed old unit, installed new unit, replaced thermostat, explained what "split" is, and was great to talk with the whole afternoon. I probably slowed him a bit with all my questions, but he answered everything. Once the install was complete, he was back on the roof cleaning. I asked when the unit would start, but he said it was already running. This is amazingly quiet! And my yard & house are amazingly clean - not a scrap of trash left behind. I'm not easily impressed and I don't generally provide ratings, but Jay earned all 5 stars. If there was a 5+ option, he would get it. I feel lucky to have had my home warranty company assign my initial service call to Same Day Air Repair. And even luckier to have Jay do the installation of the new air conditioner. Great service!”

I was particularly impressed with how they and the Smiley crane operator, Dave, maneuvered and removed my old unit, and hoisted and positioned the new unit through a confined, tight space between some very tall trees onto the steeply sloped roof of my two-story home. Same Day Air, LLC went above and beyond to ensure the repair was completed correctly and promptly. My technician, Ronald, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took extra care to ensure the unit was working to full capacity before leaving my home. The administrative staff in the office was fabulous. “From the first phone call to the last of the repair, Same Day Air was amazing. The last technician that came out to do a compressor exchange called me to let me know it was diagnosed incorrectly. He said it was a blockage and the Schrader valve core was bad that’s why it wasn’t cooling as it had leaked out the Freon in the system from the bad Schrader valve, core, He made the fixes, filled up the Freon in the system and its been working properly since. They could have changed out the compressor and made the higher dollar amount, instead, they did the proper repair. Tells a lot about Same Day Air of their honesty and integrity as a company. I went through my home warranty company to get it repaired and it was quite the debacle to say the least. Sadly, home warranty companies use the cheapest parts available to make repairs.
