“For Cory, Angel, and Froylan..... Multiple techs from (Same Day Air Repair) were very polite, considerate, and professional. Froylan was the first tech that had come out to fix why it wasn't blowing cool air anymore. He even checked his boots so as to not track dirt in the house. Sadly, the compressor had seized. 21 year old A/C system, and it ran on R-22 (Freon). He said we could TRY to just replace the compressor on a system that old, but that it may just fail pretty quickly. We'd had compressor issues in the past with this unit anyway. Seemed like it was time to face the inevitable and get with the times. Replace with a new R-454B 2tn system. $11k total. The next day Cory and Angel had come out and were working hard for about 6 hours installing this. Again, very polite and professional. At one point they were gonna keep their water bottles outside, but we insisted they put them in the fridge. That's gotta be insanely tough working in the 89-90F degree heat working on this for hours, killing your arms and shoulders installing components up into the ceiling. The whole time they were great, courteous , professional, and polite. They explained that they're managed well and they get nice benefits for giving a pleasant experience and earning that nice review. These guys did really well across 3 different techs across 2 different days. Very satisfied and they were life savers getting a new system out to us THE NEXT DAY to save us from that Arizona heat.”
