I'm a native Arizonan, so trust me when I say I know what "hot" means. When my 82-year-old mother's AC went out and her house hit the 90s, I treated it as the emergency it was. As we get older, our bodies can't regulate temperature the way they used to, and that makes this a safety issue, not just an inconvenience. I called Same Day Air and spoke with Matt Arias. He understood the urgency of an elderly person's situation right away and jumped into action. They were fully booked for the day, but he had someone at my mom's door at 7am the next morning. I am so glad Matt was the first person I spoke to. He was personable and kind, and he is a great representation of the Same Day Air company. David arrived on time, and he was delightful and personable too. He took the time to explain everything to both me and my mom, then stepped away to get on the phone and track down the parts we needed. After weighing our options and pricing, we chose Same Day Air, and I am SO glad we did. Within a day or so, they were back to fix the issue. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, and when they didn't have an answer, they found it from someone who did. Cameron came to install, and with help from his teammates, they got everything running and the AC blasting. I was out of town and couldn't get back in time to be there, and I told them so. They took extra care to make sure my mom felt safe and comfortable the entire time. From where I stand, this is a company that truly cares about people. Thank you, Same Day Air!

My home warranty company selected these guys to handle an issue with my A/C unit. It turns out, they were great. The tech that showed up, Tre, was so thoroughly helpful and professional. I will hire this company if I need service outside the home warranty (or I'll request them when I make a claim).

Brandon B. Quickly diagnosed the issues I had with my AC unit. He very patiently explained my options and I was able to settle on a solution to my AC problems. He was very helpful and I greatly appreciate his patience, work ethic and knowledge! The very next day Hayden R and Jeremy H arrived promptly, first thing in the morning and quickly, efficiently installed my new AC.
