"I was connected with Same Day Air Repair through One Guard, my home warranty, when my thermostat stopped working. Giving all of the information needed to LaShandra was a pleasure. She was professional, but very personable and relatable. I explained the issue to her, and she set me up with an appointment within 5 days. Ian was my technician, and he let me know he was going to be a little late, as he wanted to stop and get a new thermostat "just in case", since my description of the problem pointed to a faulty thermostat. Once he arrived, we talked through everything, and after thoroughly checking out my HVAC unit and thermostat, he replaced my thermostat in no time flat. Everything works perfectly again. This company knows their job, and they are definitely pros at customer service. The next time I have a problem, I'm going to ask my warranty company if they can hook me up with Same Day Air Repair - they're amazing."

"Our heater went quit one morning, up here you need your heater to work always, called AHS they got me an appointment for service by Same Day Air for the next day. They were kind of booked, but they were able to get a technician out next morning, Craig. He got here at 7am and found the problem, in the 30s it's no joke, part had to be ordered. "5 Stars goes to employee: FRED!!!!! The company overall: 3 Stars Initially was not happy w/ this company - they were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Our AC just completely shut off right when heat was at peak of 90degrees plus. Was VERY unhappy this company couldn’t service us for 3.5 weeks. Technician finally came out & replaced capacitor. Left thinking that was the fix but I had to call back that evening bc no cool air was coming out of AC vents. The AC unit WAS finally coming on, but that’s it… Trying to get someone to do something through the company direct was pointless, so I had to contact my warranty company. Needless to say. We were frustrated. Luckily didn’t have to wait too long & we’re blessed w/ technician - Fred. He was soo polite, VERY thorough, walked me through everything & explained things @ MY level (lay person). He caught things that should’ve been checked before. And he didn’t leave until checking ALL things even though he fixed the “no cool air coming out.” FRED definitely deserves to be recognized (a bonus/raise!? ;)) Because of him, I would use this company again. They said there were none in Arizona.They lied, home warranty didn’t care about us. "My warranty company referred me to Same Day Air Repair. They were amazing for various reasons: 1) the guy answering the phone (Steven?) is very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to him as he was very approachable, 2) the guy who came for the first time, Jo M was amazing. Where nobody cares to wear masks anymore, he came to my door with a good social distance. He asked if I prefer him to wear masks. In this heat, he did not show any discomfort and continued to respect my wish to keep masks on. He replaced some part before deciding to change the fan motor. He ensured me to put a note that someone needs to come back as priority to replace the motor if the issue persists after replacing it. When the fan wasn’t working again, they came right back! Now our unit is working! I have dealt with other companies before. I have to say I had the best experience with them. I felt respected and I found that they care. Highly recommended."

"Jay saved the day! When he showed up, we talked for a few minutes & I asked when the rest of his crew would arrive. He smiled and said he was the crew. I couldn't imagine one person doing a complete replacement of the air conditioner on my roof. Sure enough, the only other person during the work was the smiley crane operator. Jay did everything. Removed old unit, installed new unit, replaced thermostat, explained what "split" is, and was great to talk with the whole afternoon. I probably slowed him a bit with all my questions, but he answered everything. Once the install was complete, he was back on the roof cleaning. I asked when the unit would start, but he said it was already running. This is amazingly quiet! And my yard & house are amazingly clean - not a scrap of trash left behind. I'm not easily impressed and I don't generally provide ratings, but Jay earned all 5 stars. If there was a 5+ option, he would get it. I feel lucky to have had my home warranty company assign my initial service call to Same Day Air Repair. And even luckier to have Jay do the installation of the new air conditioner. Great service!"

He said it was a blockage and the Schrader valve core was bad that’s why it wasn’t cooling as it had leaked out the Freon in the system from the bad Schrader valve, core, He made the fixes, filled up the Freon in the system and its been working properly since. James also set the record straight after another company (Crispy Air) lied during a first inspection & reported a "hole in the line & 9lbs. light on refrigerant" but refused to show photos of the "hole" - ultimately, James got the heater working within 5 minutes of entering our home. Although there was no hole & was not light on refrigerant so we could have kept the unit as is - the HVAC is 30 yrs old & James recommended to upgrade the unit. We found him to be very trustworthy so ultimately even though we had a working unit we opted to upgrade with Same Day Air 3) Bill & Mike showed up today (04/08/24) to install the new HVAC unit. They were on time & speedy with the installation but also VERY thorough and cleaned up all components. Before leaving our home, Bill showed us how to operate the new electronic thermostat & showed us all the photos of the newly installed unit AND the old unit too. Bill also made an adjustment to how the unit was positioned on the roof so the HVAC rested on a full frame elevated off the roof tiles vs. partially resting directly against the roof as it was originally positioned by the builder. Most recent time, Robert and Sergio fixed three separate areas of my system in the wiring on my condo roof, the wiring in my air handler, and replaced my thermostat, and tested it religiously to make sure it was fixed for good. "What a rollercoaster, but I am so grateful that Same Day Air Repair had my back. My older 5-ton A/C unit stopped working. I went through my home warranty company to get it repaired and it was quite the debacle to say the least. Sadly, home warranty companies use the cheapest parts available to make repairs. They kept sending defective parts to Same Day Air so every time they tried to fix it, the parts didn’t work. That wasn’t Same Day Air’s fault. Deanna and the owner of the company advocated for me and negotiated with the home warranty company to make things right. I was eventually given an offer to replace the new unit at a fair price.
